I want to cancel my order before I have received my device. What are my options?

Have you already paid the rental deposit, but not yet signed the contract?
Then you can easily cancel your order and the full rental deposit will be refunded.

Have you signed the contract, but not yet received your laptop?
Then you benefit from the legal right of withdrawal up to 14 days after signing.

If the device is not yet in production at that time, you can cancel free of charge. If production has already started, the return conditions that apply upon delivery will apply.
