Is this a technical issue other than the battery? Then preferably create a new ticket or reactivate the existing ticket via MySignpost. Describe the issue as clearly as possible and, where possible, add photos or error messages.
This allows our technical team to perform a fast and accurate analysis. Based on this, we will transparently inform you about the appropriate repair or solution. Clear documentation also contributes to efficient and accurate follow-up.
Educational institutions
M4S is our portal for schools. If it concerns a technical issue, register the ticket via M4S and provide a clear description of the issue, supplemented with photos or error messages where possible.
