Can I change a user’s contact details?

Yes, in the “Users” tab, you can edit a user's contact information by clicking “Edit.”

After making the changes, please verify that the information has been saved correctly.

Please note: this will not be updated in Signpost’s rental billing data.

If a parent wishes to update information such as a phone number, address, or account number, that person must contact Signpost in writing through the support channels.
