How long does it take before my laptop is delivered?

After we receive your payment and, if applicable, your signed rental agreement, we begin processing your order immediately.

Your device is then carefully prepared, installed with the correct software (imaging), packaged in a protective or shock-resistant case, and shipped to your school or home address, depending on the arrangements made with the school.

Processing and delivery may take up to two weeks during the current school year.

In that case, we will deliver it according to the arrangements made with the school and at the agreed time.
