Can I still cancel or change my order?

Primary and Secondary Education (K12) + Higher Education and Universities (HED)

As long as the device has not yet entered production, the order can be canceled free of charge. If production has already started, the conditions applicable to the type of order will apply.

For purchases, you may return the unused device within 14 days of the delivery date. For personalized devices, an assembly fee of €100 will be deducted from the refund.

For rentals, the terms of the rental agreement and return policy apply. This means that the rental agreement is considered to have commenced, and an early termination fee will be charged if the agreement is canceled.

Unfortunately, modifications are not possible. To make changes, you must contact us to cancel your order. You can do so through our support channels.
