What if I want to open a repair ticket for a device whose monthly payments are not in order?

For devices with outstanding monthly payments, a standard repair ticket cannot be created.
Once the outstanding payment has been received, a repair ticket can be created again.
Primary and secondary education (K12) + Higher education and universities (HED)
If there is an outstanding balance, the school cannot register a ticket to process your repair.
